We are a marketing firm that represents a number of high-level corporations in South Florida. These companies hire us to represent them because we create a personal connection by working with their clients directly. We don’t just take care of their accounts and services but we ensure they have a representative to answer all of their questions and cater to their individual needs.

Our Story.
Grooglobal opened its doors in 2018 and since then opened 2 offices in the US. We are continuing to expand and grow offices within the country as we go through our ongoing process of promotions.
We work with different clients to represent them and their services with the utmost care to their customers. Creating personal relationships and going above and beyond is what we take pride in here at Grooglobal.

MANAGEMENT
SARAH WARD
FOUNDER
Sarah Ward, founder, started as a Key Account Manager as does everyone in the company, in 2003.
She got promoted to Managing Partner in 2005 and since then has opened up 30+ offices all over the country.
In 2014 she moved to London to run the European division of the country. While in Europe she lived in London and Spain where she got married and had two daughters.
Wanting to raise her kids near her family, she moved back to Miami in the summer of 2018 and reopened Grooglobal. Since being back she was hired by Comcast and then by AT&T to be the only company in South Florida to represent them in Best Buys and now Targets.
We opened up another location in March of 2020 and our goal is to open up 5 more offices within the next 12 months.
DESIREE METZGER
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Desiree was born and raised in Three Forks, Montana. It is a small town that did not even have a stop light. She knew that she wanted to leave and move to a city to make a different life filled with success. She ended up in Miami in 2017 and started working for Grooglobal.
Since starting in the company, she rapidly grew into her role as Director of Operations and Finance. Desiree’s favorite part about working with Grooglobal is the relationships she has got to build with her coworkers and states, “You are a part of a little family and you know you can count on anyone to be there for you!”
Her goals are to continue to help Grooglobal grow and help provide opportunities to everyone!
Christian Cavalieri
Senior Account Manager
Christian was born and raised in Venezuela, Caracas. Coming to the U.S. was incredible for Christian as he also faced culture shock, leading him to learn and speak the English language.
Chris comes from a hardworking, independent family which has planted the mentality in him to his commitment in being successful and owning his own company just like his parents did.
Since starting at Grooglobal, he has moved up to Senior Account Manager and loves this business because he has a passion for helping others in a very competitive environment while also allowing himself to create his own opportunities.
The willingness and intention to do whatever it takes to reach a goal is what Christian admires in others work ethic and having the passion to help others succeed and reach their full potential is what is most exciting to him!
Evelyn Lazo
Senior Account Manager
Evelyn was born in Cuba and raised in Miami, Florida. She is currently enrolled in FIU studying business administration, and apart from studying she also has a full time position here at Grooglobal. She Loves to help people grow and wants to be an entrepreneur at the age of 25.
She started in our business in 2021 and has helped other teams grow since then!
